Q. I have family joining me and they have their own car, can you provide additional parking?

A.  Star of the Sea only has sufficient parking for one vehicle per unit, however should you have no choice than to bring a second vehicle we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary parking pass to park the second vehicle on the street. 

Q. My kids have to have WIFI access. Tell me you provide a fast free service to all owners and their guests

A.  We sure do! On arrival ask at the front desk as to how you access our service.

Q.  Are there washing machines in the units?

A. No, but we do provide fully equipped coin operated commercial washers and dryers located on our lobby floor.

Q.  Are there ice machines in the building?

A.  As each unit is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer it is asked that you  make your own ice.

Q.  What are the pool hours?

A.  Our pool is open 10am – 7pm daily between Memorial and Labor Days. Should weather permit the closing dates will be extended throughout the remainder of September. 

Q. Who should I contact if I have an issue with my unit or have any questions?

A.  Between 9am – 5pm contact the Resident Manager at 302-227-3111. At any other time, call 302-236-8803

Q.  How is the building accessed when the office is closed?

A.   Access to the building after 4pm during off season and 5pm in season is controlled by locked entrances and a lobby intercom located at the rear entrance. Only our Owners and guests have keys to access the building. Additionally, the building is monitored by security cameras.

Q.  Do you have vending machines?

A.  A soda and snack machine is located on the south end of the lobby floor.

Q.  Where can I get a morning newspaper?

A.  A number of Newspaper vendors are located on Rehoboth Avenue,  a short walk away.

Q. Where is the best place to eat?

A. Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen, but should you want to eat out, Rehoboth is full of places to grab a bite, formal or otherwise. Ask for your own personal  ‘Dining Guide’ from the front desk.

Q.  I want to bring my bike.

A.  Bike storage racks are located in the basement garage. Please bring your own lock and chain. Bikes are allowed on the boardwalk during the hours of 5am and 10 am from May 15th through September 15th   and at all times thereafter.
